Client has initiated a global project to build out their Cash Prime Brokerage Platform. Offering services to global
clients for global markets this project requires development from front to back. Having delivered the core platform
work continues to build out additional capability and to build a US prime brokerage platform.

This position is for a Project Manager to lead the build out of the US Prime Brokerage Platform.

The sucessful candidate will be required to lead local development to build incremental functionality to provide a
US prime brokerage capacity. They will be responsible for coordinating, planning, development tasks working with
local development teams to deliver the end to end product. As well as planning and coordination they will be
responsble for comunicating progress, issues and status to the local and global sponsors as well as being hands
on in resolving issues and managing delivery risk.

The sucessful candidate will have a track record of execution – preferebly within the back office function of a Prime
Brokerage business. In this role they would have demonstrated a strong understanding of the business, good
analytical skills, and an ability top communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Strong background and experience of delivery within an investment banking environment.
• Ability to work directly with the Prime Brokerage business, distributed technology teams, and a global
project structure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A clear understanding of system and user testing process and practice
• Experience of managing internal client relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of core settlement, clearance, and other back office functions
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and business knowledge

Desirable –
• Experience of Cash Prime Brokerage for US clients within a US broker dealer
