May provide management for a small team.
Minimal travel may be required.

Must Have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Experience with large distributed/load-balanced server farms.
Must have 10-15 years relevant job experience, and 5 years as application architect.
Define Customization, Extensibility and Integration API's.
Ability to talk to the business to understand business and technical requirements.
Translate business requirements and product vision into application architecture.
Communicate technical constraints and decisions to the business.
Define technical infrastructure.
Contribute as a hands-on developer in some cases.
Be able to clearly convey technical ideas to the development team.
Be held responsible and accountable for development deliverables
Application Architecture using enterprise technologies
Extensive experience in the .Net environment
Great understanding of Relational Databases and XML repositories
