Provide systems analysis/ support in the areas of JDA (Manugistics) Master Planning, Fulfillment, Collaborate, Monitor and Reporting Modules. This role has responsibility for maintaining and supporting all existing technology related to supply chain planning system including their integration with other legacy systems.

Serve as point of contact for monitoring and enhancing all IT related activities pertaining to the JDA solution.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning systems.

• Gather and analyze information to determine business/data requirements and recommend systems and/or procedural solutions.
• Partner with business colleagues to define, gather and document functional specification.
• Participate in design session with users resulting in data and process flow diagrams.
• Prepare detailed technical specification for configuration, application development and queries/reports.
• Collaborate with technology infrastructure team to deliver systems solutions.
• Create user documentation and train users on existing and new systems.
• Assist users with issues as they arise; develop process to prevent them from occurring again
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Some travel (<10%) to other Coach locations may be required

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have 3-5 years experience with Oracle PL/SQL and unix shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with supporting JDA application and integration with ERP system is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise job scheduler (such as Tidal/Tivoli/Autosys) is highly desirable.
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent inter-personal, written and communication skills.
