Will be responsible for coordinating with Developers, Project Managers and Users.

Will be responsible to administer data warehouse and OLTP systems.

Will be responsible for performance tuning an optimizing the performance on large scale analytical applications.

Will be responsible to review and advise on database schema designs.

Will assist the Supervisor on a variety of projects.

Will be responsible for documenting processes and systems.

Will be responsible providing status reports to the Supervisor.

Provide expert support in Oracle (10gR2 and 11g), Oracle RAC (10gR2 and 11g) and Database Administration Tools (Toad and

Oracle Enterprise Manager).

Provide support in the Application, Database and System stacks. The Senior DBA will have to approach database administration with understanding of application development and system design.

The Senior DBA may be asked to provide System Administration and Application Administration support on an as needed basis.
